By checking the agreement box on the Operator Application, you confirm you have read and agree to all terms below. This constitutes a valid electronic agreement.
Butler AI ("HQ", operated by Sheri Bierman) appoints you ("Operator") as a non-exclusive independent operator to recruit service providers, drive customer requests, and recruit sub-agents in your declared target market. This is not employment — you are an independent contractor.
You receive a unique Operator Code (e.g. OP-CITY-001) upon approval. All activities must carry:
Operator Codes are Butler AI HQ property. They are non-transferable and non-sellable.
You earn USDC cryptocurrency per the Payout Schedule at agentnetworkmarketing.com. Payouts are performance-based only — no guaranteed income. Rates may be updated with 14 days notice. You may not make income guarantees to sub-agents or providers.
You agree to keep strictly confidential for 3 years following termination:
Breach of confidentiality entitles HQ to immediate termination, clawback of unpaid earnings, and legal remedies.
During this Agreement and for 12 months after termination, you may NOT build, operate, or assist any platform that connects customers with local service providers via AI agent technology, operates an agent-to-agent booking or referral network, or replicates the core functionality of Butler AI.
You also may not solicit Butler AI providers, customers, or operators to a competing service, or use Butler AI data to seed a competing platform.
✅ Allowed: Recruit providers in your market, run your white-label site, post on social media using approved messaging, recruit sub-agents, customize for your local language and categories.
❌ Not Allowed: Claim to BE Butler AI, charge providers listing fees, make income guarantees, use spam/deceptive outreach, modify the core API, operate in another operator's exclusive territory.
All Butler AI brand assets, provider data, customer data, and booking data remain HQ property. You receive a limited, revocable license to use Butler AI branding for approved operator activities only. White-label sites remain HQ property.
Either party may terminate with 7 days notice. HQ may terminate immediately for fraud, confidentiality breach, non-compete violation, or conduct damaging to Butler AI. Upon termination, your Operator Code is revoked instantly, API access disabled, and white-label site taken offline. Providers you recruited remain in the Butler AI directory.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Checking the agreement box on the application constitutes a valid electronic signature. Timestamp and IP address are logged as evidence of agreement.
